Job Description

• We are seeking an experienced Ecommerce Operations Manager/Lead to oversee and optimize the daily digital retail operations. The ideal candidate will combine deep technical expertise with strong business acumen to drive growth and operational excellence.

REQUIRED

QUALIFICATIONS

• 12+ years of IT operations experience in enterprise ecommerce environments
• Strong experience with Endeca
• 10+ years hands-on experience with Oracle ATG Commerce and Endeca platforms
• Deep understanding of order management systems and retail management systems (RMS)
• Expertise in system integration and API management
• Strong knowledge of ecommerce security, performance optimization, and scalability
• Experience with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) and Oracle Fusion Middleware

Additional Requirements: 

• Experience with major ecommerce integrations (payment, shipping, inventory, returns)
• Knowledge of modern ecommerce trends and best practices
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Experience leading remote and distributed teams

Qualifications

These duties are too complex and specialized to be performable with a bachelor’s degree related to computer science or computer information systems or information technology.
