We're looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to support senior leadership with high-level administrative and operational tasks. The ideal candidate has 10+ years of experience, strong Microsoft Office skills, and a background in financial reporting and CRM tools.
Key Responsibilities:Manage executive calendars, travel, meetings, and communications.
Prepare accurate financial reports, documents, and presentations.
Maintain and utilize CRM systems for reporting and contact management.
Coordinate with internal teams and external partners.
Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
Requirements:10+ years as an Executive Assistant or similar role.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Experience with financial documents and reporting.
Skilled in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
