Lititz - Driver / CNA Transportation Aide

We’re currently seeking dedicated CNAs for our Transportation Aide position at Luther Acres Healthcare Center, a Luthercare community in Lititz, PA. We are currently hiring for Casual/PRN positions.

WHAT YOU DO:  

As a Certified Nursing Assistant/Transportation Aide at Luther Acres, you’re an integral part of ensuring our residents are comfortable by providing safe travel. You’ll do this in several ways, including: 

· Operating a vehicle to transport Healthcare Center residents, volunteers, supplies/mail and staff to various locations. 

· Maintaining the vehicle in good operating condition to include scheduling state inspection and mechanical maintenance and repairs, basic cleaning, filling oil and gasoline, etc., or reporting maintenance concerns to the appropriate person and following up to ensure that the issue receives proper attention. 

· Answering the telephone, operating a copy machine, sorting mail. May perform basic clerical duties or other tasks to aid at designated centers as needed. 

WHAT YOU NEED:  

· Current enrollment on The Pennsylvania Nurse Aide Registry or completion of approved training with competency evaluation. 

· Three years of safe motor vehicle operation, including a Motor Vehicle Record History that is considered acceptable 

· A valid PA Driver’s License
