• Develop leads in the Bedford, New Hampshire area to engage with potential clients.
• Engage in training sessions focused on enhancing real estate knowledge and skills.
• Continuously follow up on leads until appointments are scheduled with a listing or buyer’s agent.
• Maintain consistent communication with homebuyers through phone calls and emails to nurture relationships and ensure brand recognition.
• Create monthly and quarterly sales reports to track team progress towards company goals.
• Manage sales inquiries from qualified leads and efficiently convert them into new clients.
• Utilize a CRM system to maintain accurate and up-to-date customer information for agents.
• Schedule and conduct appointments efficiently and effectively.
Qualifications:
• Possessing a real estate license in Bedford, New Hampshire, US, or the eagerness to obtain one is required.
• Being open to undergoing provided training without the need for prior experience.
