**Responsibilities** Transports patients, equipment and supplies within hospital. Completes appropriate forms of tracking transportation assignments **Qualifications** **Minimum** + HS Diploma or equivalent combination of education and/or experience + American Heart Association BLS Provider certification *This position frequently lifts 35lbs from floor to waist and from waist to above. *Please be advised that this location requires quarterly American Heart Association (AHA) Resuscitation Quality Improvement (RQI) competency certification post-hire.
