Tareas a completar:
· Solicitar cotizaciones de movimientos a carreros terrestres, aéreos y/o marítimos para movimiento de materiales. · Revisar y aprobar cargos de flete de carreros terrestres, aéreos y/o marítimos por movimiento de materiales. · Analizar que tipo de materiales se tienen en el Freight Fowarder y desarrollar planes de carga para movimiento de materiales. · Participar de reuniones con suplidores para la discusión de tarifas y/o ajustes en contrato de servicio. · Solicitar movimiento de materiales a carreros terrestres, aéreos y/o marítimos hasta WDC. · Solicitar movimiento de materiales a carreros terrestres, aéreos y/o marítimos. · Revisar la documentación para solicitud de levantes y/o procesos de aduana de materiales. · Visitar a clientes y/o suplidores para supervisar entregas de materiales a facilidades fuera de site · Solicitar documentación a suplidores para movimiento de materiales peligrosos. · Completar documentación necesaria para garantizar el movimiento de los embarques desde o hasta el site · Analizar y recomendar planes de movimiento de materiales desde y hacia el site de todo tipo de materiales al equipo de ventas para órdenes de venta. · Ofrecer capacitación y seguimiento sobre las mejores alternativas de movimiento de materiales al equipo de ventas. · Ofrecer seguimiento a suplidores y/o carreros sobre estatus de envíos de materiales. Habilidades necesarias: · Fully Bilingual: español e inglés tanto en escritura como al hablar. · Conocimiento general de plataformas de Microsoft Office · Conocimiento general en búsquedas en Internet EEO/AA Employer/Vet/Disabled.
