We are seeking a Tax Manager/Senior Manager to join a unique and growing firm.

Supervise and oversee the training and development of associates and senior associates
Review federal and multi-state tax returns for individuals, partnerships, corporations, and nonprofit entities
Selectively prepare complex federal and multi-state tax returns for individuals, partnerships, corporations, and nonprofit entities
Manage engagements, including client communications/requests and reviewing the work of associates/seniors
Prepare/review tax projections and other tax planning engagements
Conduct tax research and prepare memos outlining findings and conclusions
Assist with responses to IRS and state agency audits, inquiries, and tax notices
Engage in consulting and special projects as requested by Partners
CPA licensure required
Minimum 5 years of prior experience in public accounting
Experience with compilations and reviews of financial statements is a plus
Excellent time management, accounting, analytical, and organizational skills
Detail-oriented and capable of multitasking
