What You’ll Learn & Do:

• Master the fundamentals of recruiting—sourcing, screening, and evaluating candidates.
• Build strong relationships with candidates and clients through top-tier communication and customer service.
• Gain hands-on experience working directly with our CEO, learning how to navigate a fast-growing business.
• Develop key corporate skills—professionalism, organization, and how to thrive in a high-paced environment.
• Take on real responsibility from day one—we’re not here for coffee runs.
