An industry leading IT/Telecom Managed Services company is seeking to hire an experienced Service Coordinator in Atlanta, GA. Hiring client has a successful track record of sustained YOY growth, a progressive and collaborative work culture and opportunity for advancement!
Ideal candidate would have 3+ years of experience in dispatch or coordination of service and installation of IT/Telecom, Low-Voltage or related technology solutions.
Responsibilities & Skills:
- Create job work orders
- Document and communicate scope of work for service and installation
- Communicate and coordinate schedule with clients, contractors and third party stakeholders
- Coordinate and schedule internal technicians and third party subcontractors
- Work with project management and technical support teams for successful outcomes
- Provide subcontractors with quality of work feedback
- Close jobs and invoice customers
- Follow-up on vendor payment inquires
- Highly skilled in time management
- Proficient in detail-oriented communication
- Professional customer service skills
- Experience in ConnectWise platform a plus
