Technica Corporation is seeking a highly motivated, dynamic, self-directed individual to fill the role of Senior Air Force Account & Customer Relations Manager . As part of the team, you will play a key role managing select client engagements, their customer experience, and their engagement expectations. You will establish strategic and tactical plans for retaining and growing the Air Force account portfolio. The successful candidate will build relationships with the key users and decision makers to influence growth opportunities. Additional Key Responsibilities
- Hold strategic discussions with decision makers on the future Air Force weapon system programs to support their updated cyber security mission.
- Gather market and competitor information to identify business trends and risks, forecast demand and future program requirements.
- Conduct reviews on Air Force accounts to evaluate clients' demands; determine types of services/technology solutions satisfying the clients' needs as well as the organization's objectives.
- Partner closely with our internal Air Force contract PMs, the internal BD & Capture and the Engineering and Innovation teams to ensure that our client's business goals are achieved, their expectations managed, and that they have an exceptional customer experience.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders on go-to-market strategies, including shaping solution narratives aligned to the Air Force's needs.
- Assess the position of the company and how to improve its competitive posture against ongoing developments in the government marketplace.
- Identify the customer needs and the larger business objectives, articulate what success looks like for a communication, campaign, or engagement strategy.
- Provide leadership in the planning, designing, due diligence, and implementing of strategic business objectives.
- This position will require travel of 10-20%.
The position is can be located in San Antonio, TX, and can accommodate a hybrid work schedule. Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent education and experience.
- 12 years of related account management, customer relations experience.
- Prior experience with the Air Force CVA/H weapon system.
- Previously supported the 567th Cyberspace Operations Group and/or 67th Cyberspace Wing.
- Demonstrated ability to formulate business strategies, identify and shape opportunities, and align them to business investments.
- Proven ability to build and maintain excellent relationships with clients.
- Experience in generating customer engagements that lead to capability discussions that articulate the alignment of the business' technology solutions to the customer's mission needs.
- Proven ability to gather market intelligence and translate it into business strategy and executable plans.
- Minimum DoD Secret clearance.
Desired:
- Experience with designing communications and campaign plans that stand out with messaging that addresses the customer's needs and wants.
- Proven ability to think creatively and problem solve.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact with all levels of personnel internally and with clients - executive management, management, technical and administrative.
- Active DoD Top-Secret clearance.
