Job Title: Scrum Master

Location: Frisco, TX, Bellevue, WA

Duration: 10+ months

Term: Contract

Job Description:

• Lead and facilitate key Scrum ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and sprint reviews.
• Ensure adherence to Agile principles and best practices within the team.
• Proactively identify and resolve obstacles that could impede team progress.
• Remove blockers and maintain a smooth workflow.
• Help the team remain focused on sprint goals and objectives.
• Track sprint progress, manage sprint backlogs, and ensure on-time delivery of sprint deliverables.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement by encouraging team feedback, promoting best practices, and facilitating process improvements.

Qualifications:

• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• High-level knowledge of Java and familiarity with technical projects.
• Deep understanding of Agile methodologies, with practical experience in Scrum processes.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, resolve conflicts, and drive projects toward successful completion.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration, and promoting a positive team culture.
