Position: Commercial Appointment Scheduler
Pay: $300-$400 per week (Minimum) + Additional Commission Opportunities
Hours: Monday to Friday - Flexible Schedule (Remote)
Training: 5-10 days of paid training, based on performance.
This role offers the flexibility to balance your work and personal life. In addition to weekly base pay, you'll have the opportunity to earn commissions based on your performance. With commission rewards and incentives, there is significant potential for earnings!
As a Commercial Appointment Scheduler, you will reach out to potential business clients to schedule appointments for a leading telecom solutions provider. You'll use prepared scripts to engage with prospects and gather essential contact information such as names, phone numbers, and their interest level in the offered services.
After receiving approval, you may also have the chance to create personal sales, earning additional commissions averaging up to $400 or more per sale, on top of your appointment scheduling pay.
You will be provided with prospect lists and leads, but you will also have the opportunity to generate your own leads using various online directories.
Additionally, you'll be expected to maintain an organized lead/funnel report on your telemarketing and sales activities. A template for this report will be provided.
Key Responsibilities:
Secure 15 qualified appointments per week (3 per day) — exceed this target and earn additional rewards!
Reach out to prospective clients via phone to schedule appointments.
Accurately record contact information and track lead progress.
Develop lists of prospects through online research and other directories.
Keep track of your activities through lead/funnel reports.
Requirements:
Sales Experience is a must!
Excellent communication skills, especially over the phone — strong phone presence required.
Proficiency with computer systems (Email, Office 365, Google Drive, Excel).
Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and manage your own schedule.
Strong organizational skills to manage and prioritize tasks.
Confident, assertive, and personable — key traits for success in this role.
