Job Requirements:
• Evaluates patient progress and modify care plans as necessary; • Provides teaching to patients and their families • Directs the work of nursing support staff through the use of appropriate delegation and supervision skills. • The RN will protect, promote and restore health and wellness by employing the highest possible nursing care standards. • Collaborates with providers and multidisciplinary care team members to provide care coordination across the continuum. • Provides physical and psychological support to patients, friends, and families • Mentors assigned team members and promote best practices. Qualifications: • Graduate nurse of an accredited school of nursing – BSN or ASN. • Valid RN, license. • Must hold BLS certification. • Ability to work variable hours.
