Job Description

LoveBound Destinations is on the hunt for a dedicated Remote Appointment Setter to join our energetic team. This crucial role revolves around coordinating appointments and organizing travel arrangements for our clients, facilitating a bespoke and streamlined planning experience tailored to their unique destination wedding aspirations.

The perfect candidate is an active individual equipped with excellent organizational talents, a sharp eye for detail, and the proficiency to communicate clearly and effectively in both written and spoken forms.

Responsibilities:
  • Appointment Setting: Manage inquiries and coordinate bookings for appointments via phone, email, and our scheduling software, delivering a tailored and efficient setting process for our clients.
  • Client Engagement: Connect closely with clients to comprehend their appointment needs and preferences, providing scheduling options that best match their schedules and specific requirements.
  • Provider Relations: Develop and sustain strong connections with service providers to ensure the availability of preferred appointment slots and high-quality services for our clients.
  • Scheduling Organization: Facilitate the creation of detailed schedules, making certain that all appointments are systematically arranged and in harmony with clients' comprehensive plans and preferences.
  • Special Request Accommodation: Liaise with service providers to fulfill unique client requests, including arranging for preferred times or specific needs related to their appointments.
  • Confirmation and Preparation: Guide clients through the specifics of their scheduled appointments, including any necessary preparatory steps and subsequent follow-up protocols.
  • Feedback Collection and Process Enhancement: Solicit and analyze feedback from clients post-appointment to gauge their satisfaction levels and pinpoint areas for service enhancements.


Requirements:

  • High school diploma is required; further education in hospitality, travel, or a related field is preferred.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a dynamic environment.
  • A positive, high-energy attitude with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of hotel booking software and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
