Responsibilities:
Conduct patient assessments and create care plans
Administer medications and treatments
Educate patients and families
Collaborate with care teams and ensure compliance
Requirements:
1+ year RN experience ( Home Health required )
Active CA RN license & CPR certification
Valid CA driver’s license & reliable transportation
Based in Southern California
