RD Nutrition Consultants LLC is seeking a Telehealth Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) to join our team. You'll provide virtual weight management and lifestyle counseling, backed by our supportive team, so you can focus on top-notch client care.
100% remote role, ideal for experienced dietitians who want to make a real difference.
Hours: 40 hours per week, full-time.
Flexibility: Enjoy a flexible work-from-home schedule, based on the dietitian’s availability.
Compensation: $60,000–$70,000 per year, depending on experience.
Consistent schedule with steady patient flow for reliable earnings (based on current volumes).
Paid for patient no-shows (50% of visit rate) to protect income.
Paid admin hours each week for charting and non-patient tasks.
Additional pay for tasks beyond allotted admin time.
Paid credentialing and required state licensure fees covered.
Deliver individualized Medical Nutrition Therapy (MNT) with a focus on weight management to help clients achieve lasting results.
Conduct virtual consultations to assess nutritional needs and create personalized care plans.
Educate clients on sustainable weight management, behavior change, and lifestyle improvements.
Monitor client progress and adjust plans as needed.
Collaborate with other healthcare providers for comprehensive care.
Maintain accurate client records using electronic health record (EHR) systems.
Perform other tasks within scope of practice as needed.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Dietetics, Nutrition, or a related field from an accredited program.
Registered by the Commission on Dietetic Registration.
At least 2 years of experience in outpatient or weight management settings.
Strong grasp of evidence-based weight management principles.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient with telehealth platforms and electronic health records.
Prior telehealth or virtual client management experience preferred.
Specialized certifications in weight management, behavior change, or related fields are a plus.
Familiarity with motivational interviewing and behavior change techniques.
