Responsibilities:

• Verify all rental applications and personal references are true and accurate
• Advertise available properties using a variety of media and promotional materials to help secure quick rentals of all properties
• Work with tenants by negotiating leases and collecting security deposits in order to close the deal
• Complete property inspections and any required maintenance in accordance with our standards

~ Conduct property showings for potential tenants and provide detailed information about available rental units.~ Negotiate lease terms and contracts with prospective tenants in alignment with company policies and legal requirements~ Coordinate move-in and move-out processes, including conducting property inspections and handling security deposit refunds~ Utilize marketing strategies to attract new tenants and maintain high occupancy rates for rental properties~ Stay updated on local rental market trends and competitor activities to recommend competitive rental prices and identify growth opportunities Qualifications:

• Good knowledge of leasing rules and regulations
• A proven record of sales experience and success
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Willingness to learn new tools, systems, and technologies
