Job Description
We are seeking a results-driven and highly motivated Dispositions Manager to join our real estate team. The Dispositions Manager will be responsible for managing the sale of investment properties to buyers, ensuring maximum profitability and efficiency. This role requires strong negotiation and sales skills, and an understanding of the real estate market. Please send your resume in English.

• Manage and execute the sale of the properties, ensuring optimal pricing and terms.
• Develop and maintain relationships with cash buyers, investors, and real estate professionals.
• Market available properties through multiple channels, including email campaigns, social media, and direct outreach.
• Conduct property evaluations and pricing analysis to determine market value.
• Negotiate sales contracts and close deals efficiently.
• Maintain an updated database of buyers and investors to ensure consistent deal flow.
• Collaborate with the acquisitions team to ensure smooth transitions from acquisition to disposition.
• Track and analyze market trends to refine sales strategies and pricing structures.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience in real estate sales, wholesaling, or investment property disposition.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• In-depth knowledge of real estate market trends and valuation techniques.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
• Proficiency in CRM software and marketing tools.
