Job Description:

Job Summary
This position supervises, trains, and holds employees responsible for safety, production, and attendance. He/She sets and maintains high standards for account productivity, accuracy, customer service, and safety. This position provides leadership and cultivates a functional working relationship with all levels of personnel.

Responsibilities:
  • Develops and maintains good working relationships with employees, management, and customers.
  • Establishes and promotes a positive, team-oriented work environment emphasizing employee involvement, pro­active communication, inter-departmental cooperation, and continual improvement on all levels.
  • Determines best solutions for package concerns.
  • Establishes and maintains a cross-training program within the department to promote development, enhance flexibility, and ensure backup coverage of vital functions and processes.
  • Ensures all employees adhere to safety policies and procedures at all times.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma, GED, or International equivalent - Preferred
  • Supervisory experience in a production/processing environment
  • Prior experience in both operations and customer service
  • Availability to work flexible shift hours, up to 5 days per week
  • Strong problem solving skills, with ability to multitask
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment

Pay Range:

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $21.90/hr to $35.55/hr. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to, market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and education/training and a candidate’s work experience. Hired applicants are offered annual short-term and/or long-term incentive compensation programs, subject to applicable eligibility requirements. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company’s performance.
