Working Hours: 8:00 am - 5:00 pm EST 
Salary: $2,000​​ USD/mo
Location: Remote - Latam
Type of contract: Independent Contractor.

What will make you stand out:

• Familiarity with the insurance industry, particularly auto insurance.
• Experience in government compliance or grant management.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in Google Suite and general project management tools (no specific tools required).
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to tailor messages for government agencies, insurance companies, and subcontractors.
• Experience working with government agencies or in roles requiring navigation of government-related politics.
• Understanding of government compliance and grant processes.
• Previous experience in a project management role, preferably with exposure to government or insurance sectors.

Duties and responsibilities:

• Serve as the main contact between the government agency and all involved parties.
• Create monthly invoices and justification documents for government agency clients 
• Oversee application submissions and processing through the government portal.
• Use Google Suite and PM tools to track progress and manage timelines.
• Adapt communication styles for different stakeholders.
• Handle negotiations with government agencies.
• Ensure compliance with government regulations and policies.
• Lead and coordinate efforts of the team and subcontractors.
• Provide regular project status reports to stakeholders.
