This role offers the chance to oversee and guide federal grant programs with national and state-level impact. As a Program Manager, you will provide strategic direction, ensure compliance with federal requirements, and deliver measurable outcomes across grants such as LIHEAP, CSBG, CED, and AFI. You will collaborate with government agencies, state stakeholders, and internal teams to lead large-scale initiatives, applying strong project management practices to achieve goals effectively. This position is ideal for professionals with proven experience in federal grants management who thrive in complex, mission-driven environments where oversight, coordination, and continuous improvement are critical to success.

Accountabilities:

· Provide strategic oversight and full life cycle management of multiple federal grant programs.

· Act as the main liaison between federal agencies, state-level stakeholders, subgrantees, and project teams.

· Lead diverse teams, resolve challenges, and ensure deliverables are met on time and within budget.

· Apply project management methodologies to organize, execute, and monitor large-scale initiatives.

· Develop reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate progress to government clients.

· Monitor performance metrics to ensure alignment with federal and state policy frameworks.

· Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies across program operations.

· Utilize monitoring tools such as TeamMate+ to track compliance, audit readiness, and performance outcomes.

Requirements

· Minimum of five (5) years applying project management methodologies or equivalent certification.

· At least five (5) years of experience managing federal grants at the national or state level (e.g., LIHEAP, CSBG, CED, AFI).

· Bachelor’s or graduate degree in management, public administration, or related field.

· Strong stakeholder engagement, communication, and negotiation skills.

· Proficiency with MS Office, SharePoint, and project management tools (MS Project, Jira).

· Preferred: Familiarity with federal grants policy frameworks and audit processes.

· Preferred: Experience using monitoring platforms such as TeamMate+.

· Ability to travel occasionally to federal or state offices, partner organizations, or agencies.
