Mercy is seeking a full-time, Board-Certified Internal Medicine Physician to serve as Medical Director for our Hospitalist program in Rogers, Arkansas. • Lead the hospital medicine physicians and APP?s providing strong department leadership
• Serves as the liaison between the physicians/APP?s, administration, medical staff, and nursing
• Oversees a team of 27 hospitalists at Mercy Rogers and Mercy Berryville
• Collaborate closely with UAMS IM residency leadership to ensure a great teaching environment
• Must have current or previous leadership experience
• Role will have both clinical and administrative duties
• Fully Integrated Epic EMR
• Excellent subspecialty support available
