Role Summary:
As a Physician Assistant in a facility-based setting, you will:
Conduct clinical interventional and episodic direct care visits
Evaluate and treat chronic, co-morbid illnesses
Monitor changes in resident conditions
Collaborate with physicians for overall medical management
Perform Annual Wellness Visits and coordinate care with other healthcare disciplines
Qualifications:
Valid Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner license in Pennsylvania
Current board certification in your field
Master's Degree in Physician Assistant Studies or Nursing
Strong leadership, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills preferred
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Punctuality and strong teamwork abilities
