**Job Summary** We are seeking a Technical Lead with 7 to 10 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in PEGA technologies and frameworks. This role involves overseeing PEGA application development reporting and integration. The position is hybrid with day shifts and does not require travel. **Role:** Technical Lead **Job Level:** Sr. Associate **Location: Long Beach - CA USA,** Work from Home- Hybrid. **Duration:** Full-time only **Responsibilities** + Lead the technical design and implementation of PEGA applications to ensure high-quality deliverables + Oversee PEGA upgrades and ensure seamless transitions to new versions + Provide expertise in PEGA frameworks to optimize application performance + Develop and maintain PEGA reports to support business decision-making + Manage PEGA platform configurations to ensure system stability and efficiency + Drive PEGA application development projects from inception to completion + Ensure effective PEGA data integration with other systems and platforms + Enhance user experience through PEGA mobility solutions + Implement PEGA case management to streamline business processes + Utilize PEGA Decision Hub to improve decision-making capabilities + Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical solutions + Monitor and troubleshoot PEGA applications to ensure optimal performance + Mentor junior team members and provide technical guidance **Qualifications** + Must have extensive experience in PEGA Upgrade PEGA Frameworks PEGA Reporting PEGA Platform PEGA Application Development PEGA Data and Integration PEGA User Experience PEGA Mobility PEGA Case Management and PEGA Decision Hub + Nice to have domain experience in Provider and Payer + Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a hybrid model + Excellent communication skills and ability to work in day shifts + Proven track record of successful PEGA project implementations + Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams + Commitment to continuous learning and staying updated with PEGA advancements. **Certifications Required** Certified Pega System Architect Certified Pega Senior System Architect **Salary and Other Compensation:** The annual salary for this position is between $102,000.00 - $131,000.00 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
