THE GIG:
We're looking for a confident, persuasive individual who is ready to CHANGE LIVES through sales of our inclusive, fun, stress-free dance class membership! You'll be connecting with our clients at our classes and over the phone to hear about their experience, learn more about their reasons for coming and why DivaDance could help them reach their goals, and then present ways our membership options may fit them best! You'll also be booking new clients and onboarding new members and making sure they are maximizing their membership! The perfect person in this role thrives on forming meaningful rapport with everyone you meet! You're fun, values-driven, obsessed with excellence AND you want to make a difference in people's lives. Most importantly, you are persuasive, articulate, and confident. We provide all onboarding details, and we're looking for someone with customer service and/or sales experience.

HOURS, COMPENSATION, LOCATION:
This is a part-time evening shift and you must be available between the hours of 4 or 5pm and 9pm 2-3 times per week OR daytimes between 9am and 1pm (or both) (exact hours vary daily based on class schedule). All shifts will take place at DivaDance San Antonio Main studio (1923 Lockhill Selma Rd, Ste 101, San Antonio, TX 78213).
You will be provided a computer, phone and work space to perform your required responsibilities. You will be hosting our classes that occur during your shift and selling memberships to new clients, as well as making calls, answering emails, and corresponding with our community via text.
Compensation: $12 per hour + $10 commission per membership sold + bonuses based on performance and goal achievement
