A construction company is seeking an individual to join their team. Work hours are Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Job Duties:

Light cleaning of construction sites and digging by hand as needed
Cabinetry and light framework putty and touch up
Use of power tools and power washing
Measure, caulk, drywall, and painting when necessary
Mow lawns with a tractor mower and perform light landscaping

Qualifications:

Must have at least 2 years' experience in a construction and/or general labor position
Must be mechanically inclined in order to be trained how to do some finishing work
Must be self-motivated with strong organizational skills
Must have the ability to communicate verbally and through writing with customers and co-workers
Must have a valid driver's license, 4 points or less, and reliable transportation
Must be at least 22 years old for insurance purposes

Only candidates that can pass a background, BMV check, and drug screen will be considered. This company offers great benefits upon permanent hire.
