Job Description

We’re looking for a talented and passionate Nail Technician to join our team at GCB Natural Nails ! We’re an acrylic-free salon that specializes in modern techniques like Hard Gel, Soft Gel, Builder Gel, Gel-X , and more. If you're skilled, friendly, and ready to grow with a supportive team, this is your spot.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Perform nail care services including manicures, pedicures, Gel-X, Hard/Soft Gel extensions
Shape and polish nails to meet client preferences
Apply and remove gel polish safely and cleanly
Provide relaxing hand and foot massages
Sanitize all tools and your workstation between services
Educate clients on nail care and recommend take-home products
Stay updated on trends and nail techniques
Upsell retail products when appropriate

We provide everything you need to perform services — just bring your LED lamp, drill, and dust collector!

What You Need:

A valid Georgia Nail Technician License
Experience with Gel-X, Builder Gel, Hard/Soft Gel (required)
Great customer service and communication skills
Ability to multitask in a busy environment
Basic knowledge of retail math for product sales
Bonus: If you're skilled in waxing , you'll earn higher commission!

Schedule:

Part-Time
Flexible schedule available Wednesday–Sunday

Pay & Commission:

$12/hour during training
40% commission on services + 10% commission on retail
70% commission on waxing services
After 90 scheduled working days : 50% commission on services
