Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and analyze financial reports
• Conduct financial forecasting and budgeting
• Perform detailed forensic accounting investigations
• Conduct internal audits and ensure compliance with regulations
• Identify financial discrepancies and suggest corrective actions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize financial processes
• Provide strategic financial advice and support to senior management
• Develop and implement financial policies and procedures

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or a related field (Master’s or CPA a plus)
• Proven experience in financial analysis, accounting, or auditing roles
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations
• Expertise in forensic accounting and fraud detection techniques
• Experience with internal audits and compliance processes
• Proficient in financial software and advanced Excel skills
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• High attention to detail and organizational skills
