Adecco is currently assisting one of its clients in their search for an Mail Room in Scottsdale, AZ : + **Pay Rate:** $18.29 p/hr + **Shift 1:** Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM (Scanning + Data Entry) + **Shift 2:** Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM (Data Entry Focus) + **Temp** **Responsibilities:** + Perform accurate and efficient data entry tasks using computer systems and software (including Microsoft Excel and Outlook). + Open, sort, and process incoming mail. + Make accurate copies of envelopes and their contents. + Match document contents to corresponding copies. + Operate scanning equipment to digitize documents efficiently. + Utilize Adobe software for document handling. + Occasionally operate large production-class digital printers. + Occasionally fold and insert documents into envelopes using large inserter machines. + Verify print jobs against received documentation. + Ensure accurate printing, inserting, and application of postage. + Communicate job completion within defined timeframes. + Adhere to strict timelines and maintain a high level of accuracy. + Maintain a clean and organized work environment. + Lift and move envelope/paper boxes weighing up to 50 pounds. + Stand and move around for extended periods as needed. + Maintain the confidentiality and security of sensitive healthcare information. + Perform other mailroom duties as assigned. **Qualifications:** + High school diploma or GED required. + Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Excel. + Comfortable working on a computer for extended periods. + Experience with data entry and document scanning preferred. + Familiarity with Adobe software is a plus. + Ability to operate or learn to operate large digital printers and inserter machines. + Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds. + Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
