At FirstLight Home Care of West Suburban Boston, we provide dependable home care services for Needham, Newton, Wellesley and surrounding communities throughout West Suburban Boston. Our home care services are provided to seniors or anyone needing help with daily tasks at home. We are searching for a compassionate experienced caregiver for a lovely senior to join our team that can offer quality companion and skilled personal care services, giving them the peace-of-mind that they'll get the help they need. Long Day Shifts Newton, Ma area Valid Drivers License- Caregiver must be comfortable driving client to and from activities in their own personal car Cooking meals, providing conversation & company, personal care, transfers Qualifications:

• Enjoy working in a one-on-one setting, eager to improve and continuously learn new skills
• Ability to perform all essential job functions with or without accommodations
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation every single day
• Validated ability to act in a compassionate and supportive manner
• Prior experience in a healthcare, hospitality, or in-home care environment (minimum of 1 year preferred)
• Willingness to enforce health and safety standards
• Supportive and compassionate
• High School Diploma or equivalent/Experience as a Caregiver
• Take pride in providing high quality care
