Ben's Structural Fabrication is looking for a Loader; responsible for keeping semi trailers loaded with steel beams and preparing them for shipment. You would also be responsible for assisting the paint booth by handling an overhead crane and providing backup coverage as needed.

We are looking for a motivated individual who is a team player and makes safety their top priority. This is not a job for someone who likes to sit around, you will be kept busy and moving all day.

Schedule: Monday-Thursday, 6:00am-4:15pm

Overtime possible on Fridays, 6:00am-3:00pm

Full Benefits Package Includes:

Primary Responsibilities:

• Load and unload paint booth accordingly to maintain constant material flow
• Properly and safely load all finished pieces for safe and solid travels to work sites
• Read packing slips and ensure all bolts and pieces are on the proper truck per job
• Ensure all pieces are properly labeled
• Make sure material that is painted is fully covered with paint
• Maintain cleanliness of work area
• Move loaded and unloaded trailers
• Provide backup coverage for paint booth

• Regularly lift 80 pounds
• Standing or being on your feet for entire shift
• Initiative and Self-Motivation to coordinate the movement of materials flowing through the paint booth and in loading bay areas
• Confidence and ability to build loads on trailers with large beams of varying shapes and sizes
• Previous Overhead Crane & Rigging experience Preferred
