Job Responsibilities:

Build and nurture relationships with referral partners, including realtors, financial advisors, and bank branches.
Identify new partnership opportunities and cultivate strong business connections through company-sponsored events and direct-to-consumer activities.
Develop a deep understanding of company products, policies, procedures, and underwriting requirements to provide excellent service.
Analyze detailed financial and credit data, ensuring the best loan program and risk level match the consumer's needs.
Enhance company visibility in the marketplace to attract and engage new business.
Stay up-to-date with pricing and compensation plans to ensure transparency and alignment with business goals.
