Type: Full-time

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Key Duties:

• Conduct in-depth assessments to create effective treatment plans.
• Deliver evidence-based therapy to foster positive mental health outcomes.
• Keep meticulous records while ensuring confidentiality and compliance.
• Work as part of a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care.
• Educate and support patients and families throughout their mental health journey.
• Stay informed on best practices and implement them in your daily work.

Earnings: $110,000 - $130,000 annually, with a full suite of benefits.

Requirements

Requirements:

• Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited program.
• Active LCSW license in California.
• Significant experience in clinical assessments and treatment.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable with technology and remote platforms.
