We are seeking a full-time, remote Legal Assistant/Paralegal to assist with pre-suit real estate and general civil litigation matters. No prior legal experience is required—just a strong work ethic, excellent organizational skills, and a willingness to learn. This position is open only to individuals residing in Florida.

Key Responsibilities:
Maintain regular communication with clients and provide case status updates
Assist with case management and organization
Manage attorneys' calendars and scheduling
Draft case documents and emails to clients

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree (required)
Prior remote work experience (preferred)
Excellent writing and communication skills
Strong organizational and time management abilities
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
