Monarch Investment and Management Group is looking for a dynamic and motivated Leasing Consultant to join our team at Cooper Hill Apartments, a 191-unit community located on Cooper Hill Road in Birmingham.

Whether you have experience in customer service, hospitality, sales, retail, or real estate, this is your opportunity to launch a rewarding career in property management. No leasing experience? No problem—we’ll train the right candidate with a great attitude and a desire to learn. 🙌

🛠️ Your Day-to-Day:

• Welcome and assist prospective residents throughout the leasing process
• Showcase available and model units with enthusiasm
• Keep marketing efforts up-to-date and engaging
• Manage leasing applications and lease agreements
• Build and maintain great relationships with residents and teammates

✅ What We’re Looking For:

• Leasing experience is a plus, but not required—we’ll train you!
• Background in customer service or sales
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Comfortable using multiple software systems
• Availability:
• Monday–Friday, 9AM–6PM
• Some Saturdays, 10AM–4PM
