We are currently seeking a Kinaxis Rapid Response Specialist - REMOTE to join our team in Phoenix, Arizona (US-AZ), United States (US).

Day to Day Responsibilities Include:

• Collaborate with project stakeholders and understanding business requirements covering end to end planning process i.e Demand, Supply, Production, MPS and Inventory planning.
• Validate business processes with reference to Global Design Model (GDM) based on Kinaxis Rapid Response solution and identify the gaps.
• Prepare functional and technical specifications, technical design documentation in line with solution requirements, translating business needs into detailed specifications that will guide the deployment approach.
• Knowledge and experience working on project cutover activities, Go-liver preparation and hypercare support
• Solution validation in test environment, Data validation, validate test scripts in line with business processes, perform unit testing covering end to end business processes and support UAT.
• Align with business users and IT stakeholders on the solution, provide demo on solutions.

Basic Requirements

• 5+ years hands on expertise working on Kinaxis Rapid Response enhancements, data modelling and must have exceptional Authoring skills.
• 5+ years working on Kinaxis system configuration, control tables, data model setup and validation, ensuring alignment with existing systems and processes

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in SAP Supply Chain Management
• Techno functional expertise where more towards functional experience covering end to end planning processes i.e Demand, Supply, Inventory Planning, Production, MPS and capacity planning.

Where required by law, NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The starting pay range for this remote role is $90,146 - $208,672. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors, including the candidate’s actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications.
