What You'll Do:

As a Junior Commercial Real Estate Broker, you'll be an integral part of the team, contributing to the success of various projects. You'll be actively involved in sales, leasing, and property management.

Your daily tasks will include:

Partnering with leasing agents to scout for exciting new clients
Attending property showings and sales meetings
Diving deep into real estate research, demographic analysis, and reporting
Crafting and distributing marketing materials that drive deals forward
Supporting property managers and accountants with key tasks
Collaborating with the tenant representation and site selection teams on special projects

Job Type: Full-time, 1099 contractor
Compensation: 100% commission-based
License: Driver's License (required); Real Estate License (preferred or working towards)
Degree: Bachelor's Degree in Real Estate, Business, or related fields
Work Authorization: United States (required)
Duration: 90-day contract-to-hire
Start Date: Post-graduation
Location: North Palm Beach, Miami, Tampa, or Orlando (must be located in one of these areas to be considered)

Salary: $ 20.00 25.00 Per Hour
