The team is responsible for shielding the company's systems from security risks, while designing technology strategies that enable AIG's businesses to achieve their goals. AIG's Information Technology functions include enterprise architecture, software and systems engineering, cybersecurity, and technology risk and compliance. About the role As an IAM Access Administration Process Engineer, you will play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and managing our identity governance and administration program, with a specific focus on access (re)certifications. This role requires a deep understanding of IGA principles, industry best practices, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Responsible for managing, overseeing and partnering with AIG's managed service provider to ensure the completion and delivery of IAM application and platform access (re)certifications. Manages the planning, tracking, and follow-up of access (re)certifications to ensure established timelines are met. Responsible for taking a "hands on" approach when necessary to ensure access (re)certifications are completed as expected. Lead the design and implementation of access (re)certification process enhancements and modifications. Partner closely with application, platform, IAM, Security, Risk, and Audit teams as necessary to ensure access (re)certifications are completed as expected, and gather requirements to ensure alignment and business and regulatory needs. Partner with regulatory bodies to ensure evidence is supplied when requested. Assist with developing and maintaining IAM related policies and procedures focused on access (re)certifications. What we're looking for Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent work experience. Master's degree or relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CRISC) is a plus. 7+ years of experience as an IAM access administration analyst or in a similar governance role. In-depth knowledge of access (re)certification processes, principles, and best practices. Experience with leading IGA tools and platforms. Strong understanding of regulatory requirements related to identity management (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA). Strong background in process analysis and improvement. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Effective communication and collaboration skills. Ability to solve complex problems using critical thinking. The base salary range for this position in Jersey City, NJ is $93,000-$138,000 and the position is eligible for a bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable incentive plan.
