As a Home Health Aide / Caregiver, here’s a big-picture view of what you’ll do:

• Provide personal care and support to help seniors maintain independence
• Assist with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, meal prep, and light housekeeping
• Offer companionship, transportation, and mobility assistance
• Remind clients to take medications and monitor their well-being
• Ensure a safe and comfortable home environment

A few must-haves for Home Health Aides / Caregivers:

• High school diploma (or equivalent)
• Six (6) months of experience in a healthcare role, preferred
• Reliable transportation (valid PA driver’s license & auto insurance)
• Valid two-step PPD or a Titer
• Smartphone with the capability to download and use a time clock app
• A compassionate nature, strong communication skills, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs
