We're seeking enthusiastic professionals to join our team as Remote Bilingual Healthcare Member Services Representatives. About the Opportunity:
As a key member of our team, you'll serve as the primary point of contact for our diverse membership, addressing inquiries and resolving issues with efficiency and empathy. You'll leverage cutting-edge technology to provide seamless support, ensuring a positive and satisfying experience for every member.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond promptly and professionally to a high volume of inbound calls.
Provide comprehensive assistance to members regarding benefit inquiries, ID card requests, eligibility verification, billing questions, payment processing, and more.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date member records through meticulous data entry and profile management.
Utilize dual screens and advanced technology to track interactions and ensure strict compliance with established procedures.
Demonstrate a commitment to providing exceptional customer service and resolving issues with a positive and solution-oriented approach.
What We're Looking For:
A minimum of 6 months of call center experience (or 2+ years of general customer service experience).
Fluency in both English and Spanish (bilingual assessment required).
The ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, within a schedule that may fall between 7:00 AM and 9:30 PM Mountain Standard Time. (You will be given 2 days off during the week)
Proficiency in navigating computer systems and utilizing multiple software applications.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
Must reside within a 1-hour radius of 7901 E. Lowry Blvd Denver, CO 80230.
Healthcare knowledge is a plus, but not required.
Compensation and Schedule:
Training Compensation: $22.63 per hour.
Post-Training Compensation: $23.66 per hour.
Training Schedule (12 weeks): Monday-Friday, with fluctuating hours between 8:00 AM-4:30 PM MST and 11:30 AM-8:00 PM MST. You will be notified of schedule changes.
Post-Training Schedule: Flexible hours between 7:00 AM and 9:30 PM MST, Monday-Sunday, including weekends.
Start Date: April 14th.
