Grain Farm Assistant Manager/Farm Equipment Operator position available on a 4500 plus acre, family farm, mostly No-till in Southern Indiana. Applicant will be required to help lead workers engaged in a variety of crop and maintenance projects. Applicant must be self motivated, able to work independently, well organized and detail oriented with a valid drivers license and a positive attitude. Must have experience operating and maintaining modern farm equipment including: semi-trucks, sprayers, planters and combines. Also, should have knowledge of GPS and guidance systems with some mechanical skills.
