At BA Group , we’re searching for motivated, outgoing, and ambitious individuals to join our Dallas team as Entry-Level Sales Representatives .

Your Role as a Entry-Level Sales Representative:

• Build strong relationships with clients and customers
• Understand client needs and recommend tailored solutions
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences
• Grow your knowledge and sharpen your communication and sales skills
• Ability to work with or learn: salesforce, Hubspot, Capsule and other CRM platforms
• Proficient with Excel, Word, Prezi, and Gamma

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required (college grads encouraged to apply)
• No sales experience necessary—just a great attitude and willingness to learn
• Must be authorized to work as a W-2 employee and authorized to work in the U.S.
• Ability to commute to our office Monday - Friday
