Fairfield Inn & Suites O'Fallon, IL is looking for one Part-Time Front Desk Agent to join our 37 person strong team. We are located on 1180 Central Park Drive. Our ideal candidate is attentive, motivated, and reliable.

Shift Times:

3:00 PM-11:00 PM

7:00 AM-3:00 PM

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
• Check guests in and out efficiently
• Answer phones, manage reservations, and assist with guest inquiries
• Ensure guest satisfaction by resolving issues promptly
• Communicate with housekeeping and maintenance teams as needed
• Organize and schedule meetings as needed
• Maintaining office cleanliness and organization of resources
• Other duties as assigned by supervisors and management.

Qualifications

• Proven experience working as a front desk agent or similar position
• Must be available for both morning and evening shifts.
• Knowledge of spreadsheets and word processing documents
• Excellent customer service skills and courteous phone manner
• Time-management and organizational skills
