Executive Admin & Program Assistant Location Blythewood, SC :

Spirax Sarco seeks an Executive Admin & Programs Assistant to perform a variety of administrative tasks and support our company's senior-level executives, colleagues, and customers. Responsibilities include office management, coordinating calendars and travel arrangements, program administration, supporting internal communications and preparing reports. To be successful in this role, you should be well-organized, have great time management skills, and be a self-starter. Ultimately, you will contribute to the efficiency of our business by providing personalized and timely support to executive leaders, colleagues, and customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the office services function to ensure smooth operations of the organization, to include site administrative tasks, supplies management & other tasks for US Opco.
  • Organize and coordinate company calendar of events - coordinate arrangements for quarterly meetings, conferences, visitors, and travel.
  • Provide administration support for Concur (Travel & Expense System) and Motus (Vehicle Reimbursement Program)
  • Support in the coordination of live employee trainings, including participant invites, hotel and restaurant accommodations, meal planning, training documentation and preparation of meeting site
  • Support internal and external communications - memos, Employee and Customer newsletters, presentations, reports.
  • Facilitate Standard reporting - Support Executive Leadership team in tracking and reporting on Annual Improvement Priorities (AIPs)

Qualifications:

  • Associates Degree or equivalent experience
  • Work experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar role
