Job Description
Captura Hall is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Event Coordinator to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for organizing and executing a wide range of events, ensuring a smooth and professional experience for clients and guests. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a strong passion for event planning and client satisfaction.
Responsibilities
Plan, coordinate, and oversee all aspects of events from concept to completion
Serve as the main point of contact for clients before, during, and after events
Collaborate with vendors, staff, and service providers to ensure seamless event execution
Create and manage event timelines, budgets, and logistics
Conduct site visits and walkthroughs to finalize event details
Resolve issues quickly and professionally as they arise during events
Maintain accurate records and post-event evaluations to improve future planning
Ensure all events align with Captura Hall’s standards of quality and service
Qualifications
Proven experience in event planning, coordination, or a related field
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
Ability to manage time effectively and work under pressure
Familiarity with budgeting and vendor management
Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, communications, or a related field is preferred
