The Summers Agency is seeking motivated individuals to join our team as a Entry Level Insurance Agent . This role offers the flexibility of working from home, allowing you to balance your personal life while pursuing a rewarding career in the life and health insurance industry.

At The Summers Agency, we collaborate with a leading national brokerage firm to assist clients in finding reliable and affordable insurance solutions. Our focus includes life insurance, health coverage, and retirement planning, ensuring our clients' financial security and peace of mind.

How We Operate:

We provide our agents with access to a nationwide inventory of leads from prospective clients actively seeking insurance solutions. By working closely with in-house product specialists, we customize solutions based on individual client needs, including age, health, financial responsibilities, and long-term goals. After verifying client information, you will schedule appointments to discuss the best coverage options, which can be conducted via phone, Zoom, in-person, or during meals. This position offers the flexibility to work remotely, in-person, or a combination of both. Once clients select their coverage, you will assist them in completing the application process through our user-friendly platform. Upon approval of the policy, commissions will be paid directly to your bank account, with some carriers offering instant approval, allowing for potential payment as soon as the next day.

Compensation:

This is a 1099 commission-based position with unlimited earning potential . The carriers provide generous payouts with no income caps or minimum quotas. Part-Time Agents working 15-20 hours a week can earn between $3,000 and $5,000 per month (approximately six policies), translating to around $70,000 annually. Full-Time Agents can expect to earn between $15,000 and $17,000 monthly (15-20 placed policies), potentially resulting in $150,000-$200,000 per year. Additional bonuses, trips, and incentives are available based on performance. It is important to note that success and earnings are influenced by individual effort and market demand.

• Must be eligible to work in the U.S.
