In this entry-level role, you will play a crucial part in the planning, coordination, and execution of various events, from corporate conferences and trade shows to social gatherings and community events.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the planning and execution of various events
• Coordinate logistics including venue selection, catering, and transportation
• Maintain event schedules and timelines to ensure smooth delivery
• Support the marketing team in promoting events through social media and other channels
• Manage attendee registrations and respond to inquiries
• Assist in the preparation of event materials and presentations
