Job Description We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Entry Level Events Assistant to join our dynamic events team. In this role, you will be an integral part of the planning and execution of various events, providing support in a fast-paced and exciting environment. As the first point of contact for attendees, you will help ensure that events run smoothly and leave a lasting positive impression on our guests. Responsibilities

• Assist with the planning and execution of a variety of events including corporate meetings, weddings, and community gatherings.
• Coordinate logistics such as venue booking, catering arrangements, and transportation for participants.
• Support the development of event marketing materials, including flyers, social media posts, and email campaigns.
• Help manage registration processes for attendees, ensuring a smooth check-in experience at events.
• Maintain communication with vendors and suppliers to confirm details and resolve any issues that may arise.

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Communications, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment as well as independently.
• Familiarity with event management software and tools is a plus.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed for events.
