Holy Trinity Diocesan High School, centrally located in Hicksville, NY is seeking a dynamic and energetic individual to teach English. This is a full-time position. Applicants must possess a Bachelors Degree, along with NYS certification (will consider applicants working towards their certification.)
Preference will be given to applicants with a Masters Degree and previous teaching experience.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging instruction in English aligned with NYSSLS.
- Create a classroom environment conducive to the intellectual, social, and spiritual development of students.
- Use a variety of instructional strategies, including technology integration and inquiry-based learning.
- Assess student progress through formative and summative assessments; provide timely and constructive feedback.
- Maintain accurate records of student performance and communicate regularly with students, parents, and administration.
- Incorporate Catholic values and the school's mission into daily classroom interactions.
- Participate in department meetings, professional development opportunities, and school-wide activities.
Starting Salary 48,000 -75,000 according to LFA Scale - Salary is commensurate with experience.
