Job Overview:

Stello Foods is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist at the entry level. This is a full-time and remote position located in United States. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate data records and ensuring data integrity in our system while working collaboratively with team members in a remote setup.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Mandatory skill) to manage and organize data efficiently with the use of formulas and functions.
• Experience with Data Entry Software (Mandatory skill) for accurate and streamlined data capturing into the company's databases.
• Strong attention to detail (Mandatory skill) to identify and rectify errors promptly ensuring data accuracy.
• Familiarity with Google Sheets, enabling the ability to collaborate and share data securely.
• Excellent typing speed to input data quickly while maintaining high accuracy levels.
• Ability in data verification to ensure data integrity and correctness against source documents.
• Basic computer skills essential for navigating and utilizing various software applications necessary for the role.
• Experience using remote collaboration tools to work effectively within a remote team.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Input and update data into company systems with a high degree of accuracy to ensure data integrity.
• Review and verify source documents against entered data to identify and correct any discrepancies.
• Collaborate with company team members to obtain necessary information for data input and correction.
• Utilize Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting to aid in decision-making processes.
• Ensure completion of daily data entry tasks within stipulated timelines, adhering to company procedures and policies.
• Maintain confidentiality and safeguard all sensitive company data with strict compliance to company data protection policies.
• Report irregularities and issues in data entry processes to management for timely resolution.
• Contribute to team discussions and strategy meetings to improve data management processes.
